I purchased an item and accidentally sent it to my previous address. Upon asking my old landlord, if I had received a package, I was told I received nothing. I contacted the local post office. They said they had a package for me, but I went it was for someone else and it wasn’t even something I ordered so I had them send it back to sender. Then I asked your company to either refund me or give me store credit, but to not resend the package I had ordered due to the fact that I already bought the same jersey from a friend used for much cheaper. If you could, please give me either my refund or some form of compensation for this Mishap I’d really appreciate it. I specifically asked them not to resend it to my updated location and once again, I was not listened to.
